Position Overview

This position is for a hybrid Systems Test Engineer in King of Prussia, PA. You will work closely with a talented team to deliver complex software applications into operations. Besides growing your skills as a Systems Test Engineer, you'll have opportunities to explore other disciplines at Stratagem, enhancing your skills across the tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams.
• Manage requirements including creation, tracking, flow down, verification, and compliance matrices.
• Develop test procedures to verify system requirements for sell-off events.
• Decompose system requirements and collaborate with multi-disciplinary, distributed teams to generate scalable solutions.
• Support development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities.
• Participate in program milestones, customer meetings, government testing events, and discrepancy review boards.
• Conduct testing events and document test results.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development or systems engineering.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in small, fast-paced teams.
• Experience in developing requirements and test procedures, with ability to trace requirements to code and verification.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current IAT Level II or III certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CASP).
• Experience with automated testing, government site acceptance, software-defined interfaces (XML/JSON), SATCOM or GEOINT systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and familiarity with cloud architectures for US DoD.
• Experience with Cameo, DOORS, Gitlab, and deploying multi-product baselines.
