Job summary

CSA Engineering in the Memphis area is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to design, consult, and detail building projects using a full product development cycle approach.

You will lead drafting efforts in Revit, perform field inspections, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure codes (ASCE7, AISC 360/341, ACI 318/530, IBC) are met while maintaining client relationships and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of structural engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Structural Engineering.
• PE license in Tennessee or able to sit for the exam within 1–2 years.
• EIT certification required if not licensed.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; RAM, Risa 3D, GTStrudl, Enercalc knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, consult, and detailing for building projects of all types.
• Lead structural drafters or perform drafting and modeling in Revit.
• Perform field inspections and site visits; prepare inspection reports.
• Maintain and foster client relationships to meet requirements and deadlines.
