Job summary

MTech Aerospace is seeking a Staff Structural Analysis Engineer to lead large‑scale aerospace projects in Kennesaw, Georgia. Qualifications

  • 10–14 years of relevant experience in aerospace engineering, structural analysis, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex aerospace engineering projects.
  • Current U.S. Secret Security Clearance preferred.

  • Review and approve technical drawings and documentation.
  • Lead technical risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the development and validation of comprehensive finite element models (FEM) for large‑scale projects.
  • Interface with stakeholders to ensure structural analysis meets project requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and implement best practices for structural analysis and finite element modeling.
  • Conduct technical risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for structural integrity.

  • Current U.S. Secret Security Clearance preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance required.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $153,920 - $162,240 annually based on the successful candidate’s experience, qualifications, skill set, work location, and market conditions. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
