We’re looking for a Staff Specialist – Commissioning to join our commissioning team and help ensure that building systems work exactly as they’re intended—efficiently, safely, and reliably.

  • Execute testing procedures and document results clearly and accurately
  • Track issues, maintain action logs, and help drive resolutions
  • Assist with commissioning reports that tell the full story of how systems perform
  • Support troubleshooting efforts when systems don’t perform as expected
Support construction administration
  • Review O&M manuals to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with contractor submittals and ensure alignment with construction documents
  • Prepare field observation reports noting progress and any deficiencies
  • Review Testing and Balancing (TAB) reports for compliance
