BetterUp is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer to act as the technical architect for our most strategic enterprise engagements, owning the pre-sales cycle from discovery to handoff. You will work on Key Accounts, Strategic Enterprise, and Government deals with buyers at CIO, CISO, and VP Engineering levels.
In this role you will build ROI narratives, define scalable SE assets, and lead AI-enhanced workflows.

The base salary range for this role is as follows:
$165,200 – $206,500 + commission: New York City, San Francisco and Seattle
$148,680 – $185,850 + commission: All other locations
