Visa Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Test Engineer for a hybrid role in Austin. In this position, you will ensure quality by developing QA processes, coaching on best practices, and integrating solutions in cloud-native architectures. Ideal candidates will have strong coding skills in Java or Ruby and experience with CI/CD in microservices environments.
The Senior SDET role is an ambassador of quality. You’ll be joining one of our Agile Product squads, which consist of a Software Engineering Manager, Software Engineers, and fellow SDETs, reporting into a Tribe QA Engineering Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the team delivers efficient, effective, and scalable solutions for a wide range of problems. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, building, and maintaining QA solutions and processes, as well as coaching the team on QA best practices.
