Doist in San Francisco is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead high-impact technical initiatives, design scalable systems, and shape the engineering architecture as the company grows.

About the Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building sophisticated software systems and infrastructure at scale.

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer with experience in YC-backed or Venture backed start-ups to lead high-impact technical initiatives, design scalable systems, and help shape the engineering architecture as the company continues to grow.

This is a high-ownership role for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working across teams, and turning ambiguous requirements into reliable production systems.
