As a Staff Software Engineer, you will define the multi-year technical goals and architectural strategy for the ODM team and across our capacity management ecosystem. You will serve as the tech lead for a high impact and highly visible team, setting the standards for system design and reliability, navigating trade-offs across competing organizational priorities, and mentoring a talented team of engineers. You will grow in ambiguity, drive technical and business-outcome focused alignment across cross-functional partner teams (SWE, data science, capacity planners, etc.), with a high bar for engineering excellence.
