Job summary

The World’s Identity Company is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Technology Data and Intelligence team. You will design and implement secure, scalable Salesforce solutions, integrate external systems, and build AI-powered automation to meet strategic goals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, architects, and engineers to drive projects from ideation to production, mentoring peers and leading delivery with best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development with Apex and LWC.
• 7+ years software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities.
• Strong Python development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable Salesforce-based solutions across Clouds and custom configurations.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs for the Salesforce platform.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda to extend Salesforce capabilities.

The Staff Software Engineer Opportunity

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our growing team in TDI and help scale our internal business solutions with a sharp focus on security, reliability, scalability, and intelligent automation.

You will be responsible for designing and developing customizations, configurations, integrations, and AI-powered solutions required to meet the company’s strategic business objectives. This role demands strong collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and engineers, driving projects from ideation to production.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience, TDI, this role provides end-to-end technical services including design, configuration, development, testing, and automation while delivering high-quality, secure, and future-ready solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop and deploy serverless solutions using Amazon Web Services Lambda and cloud-native services to extend Salesforce capabilities.
• Build intelligent automation solutions using Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Design conversational workflows, internal copilots, or AI agents that improve employee productivity and customer support operations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Provide level-of-effort estimates and feasibility assessments for proposed solutions.
• Develop Salesforce features across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Console, Experience Cloud).
• Own the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment with proper documentation.
• Create and execute unit, integration, functional, and automation test cases to ensure solution quality.
• Support production deployments and perform root-cause analysis of issues.
• Mentor other engineers to help them grow and improve their skills.
• Take the role of Delivery Lead for different projects, making sure the team delivers the solution within the committed timelines while also follows defined coding/implementation best practices.
