A prominent tech startup is looking for a senior software engineer to join their Reporting team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools, collaborate on innovative projects, and influence the future of software efficiency in investment management. The Ridgeline Reporting team serves operational reports for customers as well as internal data retrieval requests for internal cross-team usage. As a Reporting team member, you will architect and design large-scale projects with broad impacts across both feature releases and platform enhancements. You will work to build and scale infrastructure, optimize large dataset query performance, and brainstorm creative solutions for internal and external use cases. This year’s roadmap includes both new user features and exciting goals for framework expansion.
In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies—including AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT—to boost creativity, streamline workflows, and achieve new levels of software efficiency. As one of our first 500 employees, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of an ambitious tech startup. Our team is dedicated to driving transformative change in the investment management industry by leveraging AI and leading development practices. Compensation and Benefits
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including, the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.
The typical starting salary range for this role is: $174,500-$205,000.
The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is: $185,000-$220,000.
Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
