Auvik is seeking a Staff Software Developer to lead technical excellence, tackle hard problems, and ship production-grade software across our Go/Scala/TypeScript stack. You will mentor teammates, influence architecture, and drive reliability and developer velocity in a fully distributed environment.

You’ll work closely with product and design to deliver features that provide real value to IT teams, with a focus on scalable systems, observability, and AI-enabled tooling to accelerate delivery

Responsabilidades

• Own complex technical challenges and architect scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Go, Scala, and TypeScript (React/GraphQL).
• Diagnose and resolve root causes across distributed systems to restore reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver real value.
• Apply AI-enabled techniques to build scalable, data-informed tooling and debugging.
• Lead by example in code reviews and mentoring, promoting best practices.
