You will mentor colleagues, lead architecture discussions, and collaborate with product teams to deliver high-availability, performant systems for AI-driven software development.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Proven ability to deliver production-grade software across languages.
• Strong fundamentals in CS and problem solving.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams and on-call work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship scalable GitHub services.
• Document architecture proposals and validate with prototypes.
• Lead by example and mentor teams for high-quality code.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews.

• Maintain live services on a rotational on-call basis.
