The role is remote for US-based candidates with no visa sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $172,460 to $215,575 annually, reflecting senior level responsibilities and broad impact across product lines and engineering groups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in Java and Ruby.
• Experience with distributed systems development, scaling and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
