Job summary

Addition Wealth is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help expand our product set. Our stack centers on Typescript, AWS, NestJS, Next.js, and Postgres. You will architect systems, lead development, implement best practices, and mentor teammates to elevate the engineering surface.

You’ll join a fully remote, globally distributed team across the US, influence product strategy, and deliver scalable, high-quality financial tooling that empowers users to manage their money with confidence.

Qualifications

• Deep experience building, deploying, monitoring and scaling serverless or container-based systems.
• Mentorship and leadership skills for coaching team members.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with good product sense.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build systems from scratch with a focus on maintainability and risk management.
• Lead, build, test, and release products with strong correctness and scalability requirements.
• Tackle complex integrations in the personal finance space for accurate reporting and smooth UX.
• Shape product strategy and contribute to the tech organization’s roadmap and scoping.
