Cyngn, Inc. is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of a cloud-native fleet management system for autonomous industrial vehicles.

You will architect, implement, and maintain scalable real-time data processing and APIs to support real-time control and monitoring of fleets in the field. The role requires 10+ years in software, expertise in backend systems and distributed architectures, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development, focusing on backend & distributed systems.
• Experience building and scaling cloud-native SaaS, IoT/robotics domain preferred.
• Proficient in at least one of Python, Go, Java, C++, others are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead cloud-native fleet management system development.
• Design scalable, real-time data processing and decision-making pipelines.
• Develop robust APIs and microservices for vehicle platforms and customer systems.
