You will lead backend design, implement scalable services, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver real-time control and insights for customers. Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development with backend focus
• Cloud-native SaaS experience, IoT/robotics a bonus
• Expert in Python, Go, Java, or C++
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data streaming
• Event-driven architectures, Kafka/RabbitMQ/Pulsar
• SQL and NoSQL databases, WebSocket real-time comms
• Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes; IaC and CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead cloud-native fleet management systems for real-time control
• Design scalable distributed data processing and decision-making
• Develop robust APIs and microservices for vehicle platforms
• Create routing, scheduling, and resource allocation algorithms
• Implement analytics, predictive maintenance, and BI features
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance across systems
• Lead and mentor engineers; collaborate with product and customers
• Oversee end-to-end software lifecycle from design to deployment
