Job summary

Consensys is seeking a senior technical leader to own the architecture and roadmap for the Perpetuals experience across Extension and Mobile, shaping data flows, order execution, and margin/liquidation UX.

You will drive technical direction for critical trading features, mentor engineers, and coordinate with experience, backend, and protocol teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions in a fast-moving blockchain environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with web and mobile technologies.
• Experience building trading or other correctness critical systems with financial risk.
• Experience with real-time data systems and resilient UX for unreliable networks.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Hands on experience with React and React Native.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and blockchain fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and roadmap for Perpetuals across Extension and Mobile.
• Set technical direction for trading-critical features and ensure resilience to data/feed issues.
• Drive cross-team alignment with experience, backend, and protocol teams on complex projects.
• Identify and de risk hard technical problems and make architecture trade offs.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on prioritization and technical planning.
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and raise technical standards.
