Weights & Biases is seeking a senior software engineer to take technical ownership of performance challenges and drive system scalability and latency improvements across the platform. You will design benchmarking frameworks and collaborate cross-functionally to embed performance thinking into the development lifecycle.

Requirements include 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years focused on performance, scalability, or observability, and proficiency in Go, Python, or
