Job summary

Weights & Biases is seeking an experienced software engineer to own performance challenges and improve scalability and latency across the platform. You will design benchmarking frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to weave performance thinking into the development lifecycle.

Requirements include 8+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years in performance, scalability or observability, and proficiency in Go, Python or TypeScript, plus deep knowledge of distributed

Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript and deep knowledge of distributed systems and performance monitoring tools are essential.

Responsibilities

Take technical ownership of complex performance challenges to improve system scalability and latency across the W&B platform.
Design benchmarking frameworks and collaborate cross-functionally to embed performance thinking into the development lifecycle.
