Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Oracle Fusion Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver Oracle Fusion technical solutions for Finance, SCM, ERP, and related modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to implement scalable integrations, reporting, and extensions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud development, expert SQL/PLSQL, and hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, and BICC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle technical development or software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Finance and SCM capabilities.
• Expert-level experience with FBDI, ESS, OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, and BICC.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, and ORDS.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
• Knowledge of VBS.
• Knowledge of App/Page Composer.
• Ability to provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Strong communication skills and Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical design and development for Oracle Fusion solutions across Finance, SCM, ERP, and related modules.
• Provide technical guidance for reporting, integrations, extensions, and data movement solutions.
• Develop and support FBDI, ESS, OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, and BICC solutions.
• Build and review SQL and PL/SQL solutions.
• Develop Oracle Integration Cloud integrations and related SaaS/PaaS capabilities.
• Develop VBS and VBCS development efforts as part of Fusion extensions.
• Mentor engineers and improve development practices, documentation, and code quality.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, functional leads, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex Oracle Fusion issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and post-production validation.

Job Description:Summary:The Oracle Fusion Staff Software Engineer, is a hands-on technical role responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Fusion technical solutions, integrations, reporting capabilities, and platform extensions.
