Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10–15 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proven leadership of large engineering teams and projects.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with board bring-up and OpenBMC considered a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Linux kernel, U-Boot, IPMI/Redfish and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of software for BMC-driven board management.
• Provide technical leadership to a sizable engineering team and mentors.
• Interpret customer requirements and translate into system designs.
• Analyze trade-offs and risk, planning projects and communicating warnings.
• Develop deployment strategies and coordinate vendor relationships.
• Create tests and test-automation suites for validation.
