Qualifications

• Strong C/C++ programming skills with Linux kernel experience.
• Deep understanding of BMC architectures and related protocols.
• Experience with firmware/board bring-up and hardware interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of software for board management controllers and orchestration.
• Provide technical leadership to a sizeable engineering team and act as a primary technical go-to person.
• Review customer requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.
• Analyze trade-offs in complex systems and propose effective approaches.
• Plan projects, raise risk flags and develop deployment strategies.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including hardware, QA, and program management.
• Mentor teammates and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop test and test-automation suites to ensure quality.
