Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Staff Software Engineer (Node.js, AWS) to take a product capability from idea to production. You will provide technical leadership for a Node.js/TypeScript platform on AWS and stay closely connected to the codebase.

You’ll design scalable backend services, work directly with end users to shape requirements, and apply AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while ensuring production health.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building backend systems.
• Experience designing event-driven microservices in production.
• Hands-on with AWS-hosted platforms and services.

• Track record taking software to production and owning its operation.
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools.
• Skill working directly with end users.
• Advanced level of English.
