We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our VAS Innovation & Learning team. You will own the full software development lifecycle for a portfolio of custom‑built applications and SaaS solutions, including Visa University (Visa's flagship learning platform for financial industry professionals), Minerva (Issuer Benchmark Study service), and VCA Knowledge Xchange. The role blends innovation strategy, architectural leadership, and hands‑on engineering to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and secure solutions that drive Visa's learning and analytics capabilities forward. You will lead modernization initiatives, integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI into learning products, and ensure these platforms remain industry‑leading for years to come.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
The estimated salary range for this positionis $131,600.00 to $ 210,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job‑related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
