Job summary

Waymo is seeking a skilled engineer to design and develop Agentic AI components as part of the Driver Understanding and Evaluation team. You will drive the architectural design and hands-on development of solutions that enhance the Waymo Driver’s capabilities.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in software engineering, particularly with multi-agent systems, and hold a degree in Computer Science. Familiarity with AI/ML is preferred. Competitive salary ranges from $251,000 to $310,000, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on distributed systems.
• Expertise in applied LLMs and developing multi-agent systems.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks.
