This hands-on technical leadership role drives end-to-end delivery and architecture for revenue workflows. You will remain deeply hands-on (70–80%), mentor engineers, and ship AI-enabled capabilities with strong observability and guardrails.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience building web, software, or data-intensive applications.
• Hands-on lead-to-cash domain experience: CPQ, quoting, contract, order management, or forecasting systems, ideally with Salesforce or a CRM.
• Strong proficiency in an object-oriented language (Java/J2EE or C#) and design judgment for distributed systems.
• Experience shipping AI/ML capabilities in production, including LLM-based features and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate services behind pipeline management, forecasting, quoting, contracts, and order automation with Salesforce integration.
• Remain hands-on for roughly 70–80% of development across the software lifecycle; remaining time on design and quality improvements.
• Lead complex technical problems end to end within the lead-to-cash domain and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Build revenue-critical systems with correctness, auditability, and reliable failure handling.
• Ship AI capabilities to production with guardrails, observability, and governance.
