Job summary

Wisdom is seeking a Staff Software Engineer focused on Infrastructure to set the technical direction for reliability across the company. This fully remote role involves owning systems that ensure our agentic billing infrastructure operates smoothly, enabling maximum efficiency for dental practices.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience with production systems, especially in AWS, and is skilled in TypeScript and infrastructure management. Responsibilities include setting reliability standards and managing observability practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years running production systems, with a track record of reliability.
• Deep AWS (or GCP) experience in production services.
• Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Set reliability strategy for the platform including SLOs and error budgets.
• Own observability end-to-end with tracing and alerting.
• Define AI-powered workflows at scale and harden integrations.
