Responsibilities:\\*\\* \\* Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software applications primarily using Golang, adhering to best practices and coding standards. \\* Lead the technical design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise data architecture principles and strategic objectives. \\* Collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams (e.g., product, data science, operations) to understand requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality software. \\* Mentor and guide junior and mid-level software engineers, fostering a culture of technical growth, continuous learning, and innovation. \\* Drive group problem-solving initiatives, identifying root causes, and implementing effective and sustainable solutions. \\* Contribute to the evolution and implementation of our Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, ensuring efficient and predictable software delivery. \\* Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the maintainability, reliability, and security of software products. \\* Act as a technical subject matter expert, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and proposing their adoption where beneficial. \\* Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operational support. \\* Champion continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, and automated testing to ensure high software quality and rapid iteration.
