An established industry player is seeking a seasoned developer to join their Global Sourcing Backend team. As part of Walmart's Global Sourcing Backend team, you will be building highly scalable and reliable APIs, services, and applications that will drive the next generation purchase order management system. You will independently handle high-impact, critical software/system monitoring issues, troubleshoot business and production issues. Working within this fast-moving, entrepreneurial team, you'll contribute to innovation and development using best-in-class methodologies, impacting perception and business transformation.
Design and develop scalable services, solve complex software problems using advanced technology, and gain exposure to emerging tech in Advertising and E-commerce. Provide technical guidance, lead architecture decisions, and demonstrate your expertise as an experienced developer. Drive high-visibility projects, participate in complex cross-functional projects, translate requirements into technical solutions, design architectures, develop code, conduct testing, communicate progress, collaborate across teams, troubleshoot issues, improve designs, and ensure timely delivery.

Master’s degree in relevant fields + 2 years' experience in software engineering or related areas. Knowledge in accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), assistive technologies, and inclusive digital experience is valued. Experience creating accessible products and services, following Walmart’s accessibility standards, is preferred.
