Job summary

Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, focused on oncology, women's health, and organ health. We seek a senior engineer to lead design and technical implementation for our LIMS application, translating requirements into robust Java solutions while ensuring seamless patient workflow across the clinical lab.

You will own architectural decisions, work across teams, and contribute to scalable systems that support patient-centric testing and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and relational databases.
• Experience implementing and configuring LabVantage LIMS.
• Strong communication and commitment to diversity.
