We are looking for 0 to 1 Staff Software Engineers to join an elite team that is building out Archer’s Airline Operations Software Ecosystem. Engineers who have built and shipped multiple products across disciplines and languages are encouraged to apply. Experience with backend development combined with AI-focused front-end development is especially valued.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $180,000.00 - $215,000.00. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
