Fireworks AI is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to architect, build, and scale fireworks.ai, shaping the end-to-end technical stack from UI to API and data layer. You will own the developer journey, deliver performant web apps, and guide a growing team in a fast-paced AI‑driven environment.

This role blends hands-on coding with technical leadership, mentoring engineers, driving architectural standards, and collaborating with Product, Design, and Core AI/Infrastructure teams to ship

Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Experience delivering scalable, production-grade web applications.
Strong leadership or tech lead experience.
Experience in AI/ML‑focused environments is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Architect and scale fireworks.ai end-to-end.
Mentor a team of frontend and backend engineers.
Design robust APIs and data models.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and AI infra.
Own CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
