About The Opportunity

As the front-end developer in OKX, You will be working closely with the top-notch front-end development team on a wide variety of products - developing with performance in mind to serve a world-class digital asset trading platform with millions of active users.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop front-end solutions with performance, scalability, and continuous integration in mind.
• Work on projects developing reusable modules, automated testing, and continuous deployment.
• Develop web UIs using Cursor and MCP, working in an AI-assisted environment.
• Research and resolve technical problems of projects, and design technical architecture for long-term solutions.
• Accumulate technology and construct efficiency-boost systems.
• Improve page performance metrics such as LCP, INP, and CLS, and define best practices.
• Implement fully accessible web features for everyone.
• Technically lead and mentor the team through challenges.
• Act as the first line of defense for compliance.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 8+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Deep understanding of front-end frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, etc.
• Proficient in front-end packaging workflows and familiar with development tools such as npm, Vite/Webpack, Git, etc.
• Strong capability in cross-browser development with a solid understanding of browser differences and the ability to solve incompatibility issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business and technical architectures in simple terms.
• Significant experience in web performance optimization.

Nice to Haves

Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot in engineering workflows)
• Experience working with multilanguage support (i18n)
• Experience with WEB Accessibility for WCAG AAA compliance
• Passionate about crypto

OKX Statement

The salary range for this position $238,518 to $328,708. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
