Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional software design and development across front-end (React) and back-end (Java, Spring Boot).
• Hands-on GenAI concepts and frameworks and integrating AI into practical applications.
• Experience in risk and compliance domains within financial platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong Fintech knowledge including payment systems, risk analytics, and compliance strategies.
• Cloud expertise, especially AWS, and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and data storytelling abilities.
• Proven experience driving collaboration across engineering, product, and analytics teams.
• Motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable software for the Fintech Risk Platform using React on the front-end and Java/Spring Boot on the back-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and optimize risk and compliance capabilities.
• Drive AI-enhanced applications using GenAI to deliver transformative Fintech solutions.
• Analyze, identify, and mitigate risks across the Fintech ecosystem with robust compliance measures.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Utilize statistical models, AI/ML techniques, and risk analytics to power decisions.
• Partner with product managers to define analytics needs, metrics, and executive dashboards.
• Build data pipelines and models for risk data ensuring automation and scalability.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize platform efficiency.
• Stay updated with Fintech and AI developments and identify opportunities.
