Job summary

We seek engineers who bring fresh ideas across areas including AI, distributed computing, and UI; you will work on a project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 5 years of testing and launching software products.
• 5 years of full-stack development across backend and frontend.
• 3 years of software design and architecture experience.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

As a part of the Display and Video 360 (DV360), Google's cross-exchange real-time bidding buying platform, you will help remake the way advertising is done on the internet, making it more targeted and more valuable. You will give customers access to 100 billion ad impressions per day as it is one of the fastest growing products at Google.

As a part of the DV360 Inventory Team, you will be responsible for building intelligent features that support enterprise customers (agencies and large advertisers) to efficiently discover inventory, negotiate deals, execute campaigns and maximize performance across the real-time bidding ads ecosystem. Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
