Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, with full-stack skills and data modeling basics.
• Experience building software used by teams in physical-world industries such as datacenters, construction, energy, or logistics.
• Track record of zero-to-one work in startup-like environments.
• User-centric approach: learn domain from end users and validate with them.

Responsibilities

• Build core systems that track a datacenter's lifecycle (sites, BOMs, equipment, construction).
• Embed with datacenter, energy, and supply chain teams to map workflows and create trusted tooling.
• Migrate from spreadsheets and legacy trackers; integrate with construction management and scheduling tools.
• Design for trust: permissions, auditability, and data quality for decisions.
