You should have 8+ years of software experience, full‑stack skills, data modeling, APIs, and databases, plus experience in datacenters or related physical‑world domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building software.
• Experience in datacenters, construction, energy, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics.
• User-centric: learn the domain from the people doing the work and validate with them.

Responsibilities

• Build core systems that track a datacenter's lifecycle (sites, designs, BOMs, equipment, progress).
• Embed with datacenter, energy, and supply chain teams to understand the work and create trusted tools.
• Migrate and reconcile spreadsheets and legacy trackers; integrate with industry tools like construction management, scheduling, and engineering systems.
• Design for trust: permissions, auditability, and data quality for investments decisions.
• Ship early, iterate with users, and cut anything that doesn't help bring compute online sooner.
• Partner with research to understand new model capabilities and limits in engineering-heavy, physical-world domains.
