What You’ll Work On

• Enhance our existing Go-based healthcare platforms.
• Design and develop cloud services and components using Go.
• Create high-volume, low-latency services for a global healthcare platform.
• Collaborate on API development and integration with partners.
• Write maintainable, testable code, ensuring security and performance.
• Participate in architectural decisions and build internal tools.
• Contribute to system improvements and documentation.
• Engage in agile development, code reviews, and stay current with industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, Postgres, or similar databases.
• Strong experience with Go, including idiomatic practices, concurrency, and ecosystem tools.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available systems and backend processing jobs.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous messaging.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work asynchronously with distributed teams.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agile environments.
• Familiarity with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and open-source development.
• Knowledge of observability tools like OpenTelemetry or pprof.

Additional Information

Competitive salary range: $97,300 – $194,700. Location-based variations may apply.
