Intuit, Inc. seeks a Staff Software Engineer to lead Financial Assistant’s core AI capabilities in Mountain View, CA. You’ll own architecture, guide multi-team delivery, and mentor engineers while building fast, reliable AI features at scale.
This hands-on role requires designing LLM-backed solutions, balancing latency, cost, and quality, and partnering with product, design, data science, and platform teams to ship trustworthy experiences for members.
The Financial Assistant team builds the AI-powered experiences that help members understand their finances and make better decisions inside the Credit Karma app. We work at the application layer of AI: turning large language models, agentic workflows, and personalization signals into features members actually use.
We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to serve as a technical leader on the team.
