Circle is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to extend our in-house blockchain systems and build scalable microservices for secure value transfer across blockchain and traditional banking protocols.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, test, and document system procedures, develop public APIs for developer integration, and ensure high code quality with automated tests in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software development in OO languages (Go or Java).
• Computer Science degree or closely related field.
• Architecture, design and deployment of production-quality, scalable software.
• Web3, blockchain, and smart contract business logic.
• Experience with cloud services and SQL databases; schema design.

Responsabilidades

• Extend in-house blockchain systems infrastructure for tokenization.
• Build and own scalable microservices for reliable APIs across blockchains and banking protocols.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design, test, and document procedures and standards.
• Develop publicly accessible APIs for developer integrations with payment systems.
• Integrate platform services with banks and fintechs; deliver strong payment experiences.
