The Billing team at GEICO oversees tools, infrastructure, data, reporting, analytics, and services essential for seamless billing experiences for internal users, customers, and partners. Our platform manages financial transactions and customer interactions, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and satisfaction while supporting growth and compliance.

What you will do

We seek an exceptional Staff Software Frontend Engineer to drive technical excellence in our frontend development efforts. This role combines deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to shape our web applications and user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement scalable, high-performance frontend solutions using cutting-edge technologies
  • Drive technical decisions and best practices across multiple teams
  • Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and user experience
  • Implement and maintain design systems and component libraries
  • Contribute to technical roadmaps and product strategy
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into solutions
  • Mentor junior and senior frontend engineers
  • Lead code reviews and promote best practices
  • Foster continuous learning and innovation within the team
  • Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers for seamless experiences
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
  • Participate in product design and feature development

  • Experience with state management, build tools, testing frameworks

Annual Salary: $115,000 - $230,000
