A16Z GAMES is seeking a senior engineer to lead the technical delivery and integration of autonomy capabilities for multi-agent fleets. The role involves developing autonomy software, guiding cross-functional execution, and providing on-site technical leadership during flight tests and deployments.

Candidate must have 7+ years in C++/Linux and experience leading embedded software integration, with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications
