Job summary

Narrato in Palo Alto/Seattle is seeking a senior engineering leader who will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and shape the product and platform roadmap. You will lead cross‑functional teams with Product and Design to deliver large-scale projects on a hybrid schedule.

You will oversee architecture, mentor talent, and push for continuous improvement in processes and technology within a high-growth environment, with a base salary in the stated range and equity participation.

Qualifications

Location

This is a hybrid role based in our Palo Alto or Seattle office. We collaborate in‑office 3 days a week.

Base Salary

The range for this role is $218,000-$234,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
