This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS platform focused on helping commercial service businesses scale and innovate. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as a key architectural leader, driving the evolution of our platform’s infrastructure and guiding the technical direction of complex systems. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and executive teams to ensure scalability, security, and performance as we continue to grow. If you’re a hands-on technical expert who’s passionate about building strong foundations and influencing strategic technology decisions, this role is for you.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and evolve the software and platform architecture across multiple product lines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals
  • Lead key initiatives and foundational projects with long-term technical impact
  • Provide architectural guidance and perform thorough code reviews
  • Create integration strategies for multi-product environments
  • Mentor and support development teams in applying best practices and design patterns
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and propose scalable solutions
  • Document architecture decisions, proposals, and technical standards
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 7 years in system architecture
  • Strong expertise in SaaS platforms and public cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
  • Solid understanding of security, privacy, and performance in cloud environments
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, WebAPI, SQL, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with architectural patterns like OO Design, SOA, and Domain-Driven Design
  • Experience with RESTful services, JSON, T-SQL, and Agile methodologies
  • Effective communicator, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Nice to have: Azure services (SQL, Storage, App Services), Redis, OAuth, mobile dev (React Native), Angular, HTML/CSS, and TypeScript
