Perception Point is seeking a backend engineer to build AI security solutions for enterprise customers in a fast-paced security-focused environment. You will design and implement controls for agentic AI systems, collaborate with PM/QA to ensure secure, scalable deployments, and create tools to support customer evaluations and deployments.

Seeking 3+ years of backend experience in cloud-native infrastructure, with strong skills in Python or Go and familiarity with gRPC/HTTP/WebSocket.

Formación

• 3+ years of backend development experience in cloud-native infrastructure, networking, and building reliable services at scale.
• Solid understanding of application and network protocols such as HTTP, gRPC, and WebSocket, and/or experience with reverse proxies, API gateways, or identity-aware proxies.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI security solutions for enterprise customers.
• Design and implement security controls for agentic AI systems, including agents, tools, and agent-to-agent interactions.
• Work cross-functionally with PM and QA teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• Develop pre-sales and post-sales tools and environments to support customer evaluations, deployments, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Research emerging technologies and security trends to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
