Gitwit is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Bentonville, AR to lead the product experience for AI-first ventures and set the studio's design standard.

You will own from concept through first launch, shaping interactions, states, and a design system that travels with new companies.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and collaborative, with multiple ventures each year and equity in the projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design and hands-on craft.
• Experience taking products from zero to one.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Responsibilities

• Set and hold the visual and interaction quality standard for the studio's products.
• Lead zero-to-one product design for new AI products, from blank canvas through first launch and iteration.
• Resolve the hard parts: the states, edge cases, and interaction details that make a product feel finished.
• Design AI workflows where outputs may vary and include fallback paths.
• Prototype quickly to help the team learn what is real before overbuilding.
• Translate user observations into product hypotheses, experiments, and design decisions.
• Work with product strategists, researchers, engineers, designers, and venture leaders to turn a promising idea into something real enough to test.
• Bring discipline to how design gets built across the studio.
• Capture learnings to improve future ventures.
