Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned full-stack software engineer to lead AI-powered Growth experiences across onboarding and lifecycle engagement. You’ll own architecture for AI Voice onboarding and scale AI-driven email experiences, partnering across Product, Data, Design, Marketing, and Platform to ship measurable improvements.

The role requires 8+ years in software development, growth-focused delivery, and strong AI fluency.

Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience for customer-facing growth products.
Strong full-stack ownership with frontend, backend, and production services.
Experience in Growth domains: onboarding, communications, lifecycle automation.
High fluency in AI-driven product design, prompts, and evaluation.
Proven track record mentoring engineers and leading teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate AI-powered Growth experiences across onboarding and lifecycle engagement.
Own the technical strategy for an AI Voice Agent onboarding customers and its production reliability.
Build and scale AI-driven email systems across the funnel with generation workflows and tests.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Design, Marketing, and Platform teams to drive metrics.
Create robust APIs, backend services, and frontend experiences for personalized journeys.
Establish patterns for applied AI, including prompt design, tooling, observability, and safe rollout.
