You should have 7+ years as a full-stack SWE, experience with A/B testing, experimentation tooling, and strong Python/SQL skills (TS or Rust a plus). The US base salary ranges from $248,000 to $279,000 plus equity and benefits.

• Built internal tools with A/B testing and statistics.
• Experience with experimentation tooling and platform components.
• Led complex technical projects with shipping outcomes.
• Strong data governance, privacy, and security.

• Experience with relational, NoSQL, and data warehouses.
• Strong product sense and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record of developing engineers at multiple levels.
