AudioEye, Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer to drive the technical direction of its platform, designing and building large-scale, reliable systems that detect and remediate accessibility issues across millions of websites.

You’ll mentor engineers, shape the technical roadmap, collaborate with Product and Design, and own problems across stacks with a bias for action. This role emphasizes security, data consistency, and measurable customer value.

Competenze

• 10+ years of engineering experience with design, implementation, and operations of critical systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and make system-level tradeoffs.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development and agentic workflows.

Mansioni

• Technically lead one or more engineering teams through needs assessment, system design, implementation, and operations automation.
• Drive the technical roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term sustainability.
