Qualifications

• 10+ years building scalable microservices or data-driven platforms.
• Strong computer science fundamentals.
• Experience with Java/Scala/C++ or equivalent.
• Expertise with relational datastores (Postgres/Oracle).
• Expertise with NoSQL datastores (Cassandra/DynamoDB).
• Proficiency with data processing tech (Kafka/Spark/Flink).
• Familiarity with cloud paradigms (AWS/GCP).
• Proven ability to tackle sophisticated problems and systems.

Responsibilities

• Build the foundational pieces of the next generation of Apple’s Ad Platforms.
• Collaborate with product management to define external APIs for campaign management.
• Design and implement performant services and data pipelines.
• Build shared capabilities like Authentication and Authorization for multiple partners.
• Implement low latency, highly available systems in a cloud environment.
• Engineer secure and scalable distributed data processing systems for campaigns.
